Qualifications:
Proven experience in search engine optimization
Experience in managing Google AdWords accounts (certification preferred)
Project management experience and certifications preferred
Proficiency in project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce, etc.
Understanding of web development, with the ability to write HTML/CSS/PHP being a plus
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, including issue identification and resolution, risk management, detailed work plan development, resource allocation, and conducting team meetings
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Leadership experience with teams of three or more (preferred)
Experience with WordPress and/or Magento (preferred)
Managing the workload of our SEO team by assigning tasks, following up on progress, ensuring client deliverables are of high quality, timely, and within budget
Developing and executing project work plans, and revising them as necessary to accommodate evolving client needs
Participating in client meetings as required
Creating and enhancing training materials, optimizing work processes, and addressing concerns effectively
Researching and developing innovative online marketing strategies
Identifying required resources and assigning individual responsibilities
Reviewing deliverables produced by the team before forwarding to Digital Producers
Communicating project objectives and success criteria clearly to the team
