QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing SEM/PPC campaigns
Proficiency with the Adwords Editor and Bing Ads Editor tools
Experience utilizing the Keyword Planner Tool or other keyword research tools
At least two years of professional Adwords experience (preferred)
Expertise in manipulating large AdWords data sets in Excel using vlookup and, ideally, VBA
Passion for marketing, advertising, and online content creation
Outstanding research capabilities and strong analytical skills
Exceptional time management skills and ability to adhere to stringent deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, and Basecamp (preferred)
Ability to work with a remote team following a 9am to 6pm PST schedule
A dependable home office setup with a high-speed computer, microphone, and speakers for calls. Must have reliable internet and power with a maximum of 1 hour of outage per month.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct keyword research and create ad copy
Structure campaigns and ad groups, and optimize settings
Work with large data sets in Excel and upload data/content for ads using the AdWords Editor tool
Create, analyze, and optimize Google AdWords and Bing Ads campaigns for clients across diverse industries
Ensure AdWords and Bing Ads campaigns are optimized to drive highly targeted traffic to clients’ online stores and achieve a strong ROI for their marketing budgets
Regularly consult with the AdWords Manager, SEO team, and other stakeholders to align AdWords and Bing Ads strategies with client branding, budget, and overall marketing objectives
Monitor campaign success using various reporting tools
Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement to the Manager
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages
Review website traffic in Google Analytics
Stay informed about Google AdWords and Bing Ads updates, emerging technologies, trends, and best practices
May work on Bing Ads and Facebook Ads
Successfully complete Google AdWords Certification if not already certified
