What We Expect from You:
– Proven expertise in front-end or back-end development, with the ability to excel in skills assessments such as pixel-perfect PSD to HTML conversions.
– Experience with responsive design, HTML5, CSS3 media queries.
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
– A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce, etc.
– Solid understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
– Experience in managing large/complex websites and high-profile clients.
– Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influence, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
– In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including issue identification and resolution, risk management, detailed work planning, resource allocation, and team meetings.
– Ability to anticipate issues, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address them to mitigate risks.
– Demonstrated experience in mentoring and team-building.
– Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
– Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento (preferred).
– Proven leadership abilities within teams of three or more people (preferred).
– Proficiency in JavaScript and PHP (preferred).
Responsibilities Include:
– Supporting and reviewing project scope development, considering resources, technological limitations, cost estimates, and business impact while assessing risks.
– Creating and executing project work plans, revising as needed to accommodate changing requirements, including wireframing, sitemaps, and scope of work.
– Defining project scope and providing clear instructions to the design and development team.
– Communicating project objectives and success criteria to the team.
– Identifying necessary resources and assigning individual responsibilities.
– Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
– Reviewing deliverables before forwarding to Account Managers.
– Applying methodology effectively and enforcing project standards.
– Ensuring project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
– Collaborating with SEO teams, developers, and other stakeholders to establish project vision and balance usability and performance needs.
– Ensuring that approved requirements are sufficiently scoped and detailed to meet customer needs as perceived.
– Attending client meetings as required.
– Assisting with quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing when necessary.
– Identifying and managing project risks.
– Staying informed about the current industry environment to identify opportunities for client solutions.
